Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Place rice sticks in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice sticks into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice sticks in a colander. Rice sticks are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, oriental soup dishes and cold salads.

I've had these before and they were great, but now, though the noodles seemed fine when dry, after soaking they were smelling really off :( the noodle soup we put them in overpowered it enough so that we ate the first bowl, but I threw away the rest of the noodles.

Really nice. The only slight issue with them is it makes a mess to cook less than the entire packet because they don't break apart easily at all! It would be far better if they come in say four divided lots rather than one big lump!! But they are worth the trouble. They are delicious.
