Preparation and Usage
Wash before use if eating raw.
Remove packaging.
Stir Fry
Time: 2-3 mins
Heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Boil
Time: 2-3 mins
Place in a pan of boiling water and boil gently for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Drain well before serving.
Steam
Time: 4-5 mins
Place in a steamer for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Microwave
800W / 900W 3 mins / 2½ mins
Place in a microwaveable dish and add 3 tbsps. of water. Cover loosely and cook on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.
