Preparation and Usage

Prepare:For cake:4 eggs. 125 g of butter or margarine. 250 ml of water (1 glass).For cream:500 mi of milk. 100 g of soft butter or margarine.1. Prepare the cake Boil water and fat, add the mixture for baking the cake and mix vigorously until the dough is a uniform mass. Then put it in a bowl and after 10 minutes, mix and add one egg at a time until you obtain a uniform consistency. Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Spread each of them with a spoon in a thin layer on a greased and floured 25 x 36 cm baking tin. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 210°C top-bottom (without convection) and bake for approx, 25 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 150°C and bake for about 15 minutes. Bake the second part of the cake in the same way. If you want to achieve a crispier effect, extend baking by 10 minutes at 100°C with convection.2. Prepare the cream Pour 500 ml of milk into a glass and mix the contents of the package in it. Boil the remaining milk. Pour the dissolved powder into the boiling milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, and cook for a while until it thickens. Leave everything to cool, stir from time to time. Gradually add the cold cream to the grated, soft butter or margarine, mixing constantly until you obtain a uniform mass.3.Ready When the cake is cooled down, spread the previously prepared cream on one cake and cover with another part.The ready Carpathian Cake can be sprinkled with a caster sugar.
