Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Time: 5-7 minsPlace under a pre-heated medium grill for 5-7 minutes.Turn occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Time: 3-5 minsPan fry for 3-5 minutes over a high heat, turning occasionally.Add a knob of butter to the pan for the final 2 minutes.Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines opposite. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
