Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 10-12 mins. Lightly oil and season the medallions with salt and pepper. Heat a dry frying pan until hot and cook medallions on a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Allow to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
