Preparation and Usage

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator.Follow the preparation guidelines opposite.This sauce will have a slightly split appearance when you defrost it. This is normal, once reheated it will taste and look as good as it did before freezing.

Microwave

Instructions: 750W 2 mins.850W 2 mins.Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl, cover loosely and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes and stir halfway through heating. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Use plate to remove product from microwave. Take care when removing and pouring as product will be hot.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Hob

Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan.Heat gently for 2-3 minutes, stir continuously until piping hot. Do not allow to boil.

Storage

Keep refrigerated.Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Use within 1 month. Once defrosted use on the same day.
