Not for Cooking
Extra Virgin Olive oil should NOT be used for cooking, it does not withstand high temperatures. it has a relatively low smoke point which is the temperature at which a fat breaks down into visible gaseous products. That breakdown can ruin the taste of foods. Keep it for salads. Stick to general purpose olive oil for cooking.
3rd bottle, very happy
I am now on my third bottle of this and am very pleased with it. I use it to coat roasting veg, to help with browning without using loads more oil. Also good for a spritz before doing " fried " eggs If the nozzle becomes blocked, just run it under a warm tap and it will be fine again
This is awful stuff. As someone else mentioned -there's no protective seal over the cap, and furthermore everything seems to burn with it. I'm a good cook and can't believe the mess it turns food into.Chucked it in the bin this morning as my omelette turned black on the underside after just a few seconds. Won't be buying this again!
Really good last for a long time
Be aware contains alcohol

Contains Alcohol (beware)
Bizzare to see alcohol added in olive oil. This is the first time I saw alcohol added in cooking oil.
