Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge.Follow the preparation guidelines opposite.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180°C, 160°C, Gas 4Time: 1 Hours 25 MinutesDefrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. 1 hour 5 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes (from DEFROSTED). Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes prior to carving.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 180°C, 160°C, Gas 4Time: 2 hrs 25minsFor best results cook from frozen. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place foil tray in centre of a pre heated oven for 2 hours - 2 hours 15 minutes (from FROZEN). Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes prior to carving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
