- PREPARATION GUIDELINESYou will need: 185ml cold still or sparkling water, plain flour (to dust), salt & pepper, oil (for deep frying)Method:1. Gently mix 125g tempura batter with 185ml of cold water.(Be careful not to over mix, there should be small lumps for best results)2. Add salt and pepper to flour and lightly coat your chosen product with a dusting of flour to allow the batter to stick.3. Coat your pieces in batter and deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
