Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These instructions are guidelines only. Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Baste in oil before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C/380ºF/Gas Mark 5. Place sausages onto a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 30 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add saudages to pan. Cook for 20 minutes, turning regularly.
