Scored skin, fry pan sealed skin side 5 mins, turned over, 2 mins other side, finished off in air fryer 12 mins, result tender and delicious with stir fried veg in Tesco's plum hoisin sauce.

I removed the skin, scored the breasts, seasoned, quickly fried on both sides, set aside to keep warm. Did a sauce with chicken stock, pomegranate molasses and fresh orange juice which I reduced over a high heat. Poured over duck, put into oven for 10 mins (I don't like my duck pink). It was absolutely delicious, very tender, and my husband said it was one of the best meals he'd ever had. This is going to be a regular, even though it is a little pricey.
Good quality duck. Fantastic when hot smoked.
