Oak and beech smoked, dry cured pancetta rashers.Tesco Finest dry cure bacon is made from British outdoor bred pigs, cured by hand to a traditional recipe developed by the legendary Woodall family of Cumbria, who first began curing bacon back in 1828. Nearly 200 years later we still follow Woodall’s artisan method of air drying our bacon after dry curing to bring out the best in flavour and texture. This pork comes from producers inspected to RSPCA welfare standards by the RSPCA's independently certified farm assurance scheme.SMOKED OUTDOOR BRED *Traditionally cured by hand using the Woodall’s family recipe and smoked over oak and beech chips for full flavour.
