Microwave

Instructions: Peppercorn Sauce:Empty contents of the sachet into a microwaveable dish, cover with cling film, pierce film and heat on high for 1 minute (based on 800W oven). Stir sauce, re-cover and return to the microwave for a further 30 seconds.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Truffles: For best results, shallow fry to colour and then oven finish.Always ensure that the centre of the truffles are pipping hot before serving.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat.

Instructions: Peppercorn Sauce:Saucepan: Empty contents of the sachet into a small pan and heat very gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until desired temperature is reached.

Oven cook

Instructions: To Finish: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/ Gas Mark 4. Place the oven proof dish in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: To Colour: Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan to a medium heat, once hot, remove truffles from packaging and add to pan. Carefully roll the truffles in the hot oil until they achieve a consistent golden-brown colour. Remove truffles from the pan, place in an oven proof dish and cover with tin foil.
