Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These instructions are guidelines only. Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Baste in oil before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C/380°F/ Gas Mark 5. Place sausages onto a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 30 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to pan. Cook for 20 minutes, turning regularly.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing.Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. To defrost: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Do not refreeze.
