Preparation and Usage

Preparation: (Guidelines only)Add, 1 heaped tablespoon (50g) to 250ml cold water, to make 1 serving dissolve thoroughly, bring to the boil and simmer.Separation of oil to top of product is normal; stir before use.Just add to meat, fish, vegetables, chips or rice.
