Situated in the far South of France around some of the Cotes du Roussillon Villages, Baixas and La Tour de France, found to the west of Perpignan.

Vinification Details

Only the ripest grapes are hand harvested; then chilled maceration takes place prior to a long traditional fermentation lasting up to six weeks. The yields are low rarely any more than 25HL per HA thus ensuring high quality juice.
