I have bought this a few times and like it. I always press the liquid out of it in a tofu press which improves it a lot. However, the last pack went bad. It was 2 days before the use by date but the tofu was brown and slimy. No obvious punctures in the packaging and it had been in the fridge from delivery. Hope that this doesn't happen again as it had to be thrown away.

A very versatile product, check the Cauldron website out for loads of recipe ideas. As with most tofus you need to press it depending on what you are doing with it, so invest in a 'tofu press' and open up your culinary world!
Rough texture tofu

In the basket every week, 2-4 packets. Very versatile tofu. Texture is different to the Tofoo but both are really good quality.

Nice firm tofu. Good in stir fries, Thai green curry or miso soup. Keeps well. If you don't use it all at once, you can store the rest for 2-3 days in the fridge in a bowl of water (it should be completely covered by the water and you need to change the water daily to keep it fresh).

Best and Easiest tofu
Extra firm tofu, was really easy to prepare after pressing and didn't crumble apart like some others. Used it to make sweet and sour and it was incredible!
