Place container on non-metallic plate and microwave on full power.Cat D - 750w, 5 minsCat E - 900w, 4.5 minsCook for half the time, remove from microwave. Use scissors to remove film lid, stir and replace film. Cook for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 1 minute then stir. Ensure the product is piping hot.
