Easy and healthy
When I’m busy and its late it’s so easy to cook a nutritious and quick meal. Just add some milk and water in a dish and add lovely herbs. I like dill and always lemon right now.

Oven from frozen
Instructions: 180°C/Fan160°C/Gas 4 20-25 mins Place the fillets on a baking tray, dot with butter and season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 800W/900W 2½ mins
Place 1 fillet on a microwaveable plate.
Dot with butter and season. Cover loosely.
Cook on full power 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
