Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.

Instructions: - Remove all packaging.- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and place one piece into pan and if it sizzles, pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer.- Fry for 6-8 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.6-8 mins- The livers are cooked when golden brown on the outside and thoroughly cooked throughout.CautionLiver should not be eaten by women when planning or during pregnancy. To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
