Lovely and sweet, fry in a little butter for 2 mins. for a real treat, less expensive than the large scallops but just as tasty, wonderful.

I usually buy fresh scallops when available. I was rather sceptical about these little ones but I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great flavour. I enjoyed them over a couple of evenings with shallots, chorizo and chucked in some small diced cooked boiled potatoes...delicious. LG
