Store in a cool, dark place

Boil

Instructions: MashingWash potaotes and peel. Cut into equally sized pieces. Place in a saucepan of water, covering the potatoes, add salt if required. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the saucepan. Mash, adding a small quantity of butter and milk, until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: As appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

Oven cook

Instructions: WedgingWash and cut each potato into even shaped wedges. Simmer gently in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes, then drain. Place the wedges on a roasting tray with oil. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until crispy, baste as necessary. Stir halfway through cooking. Drain thoroughly and serve. For different power ovens, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
