Decent chunks which are easy to peel & grate when frozen. No problem with quality.

This arrives cut up, and some of the pieces are quite small. The packs I've had all arrived party dried out and sweating in the bag, and were unusable too quickly.

Chopped by someone!!! It will go off rapidly The question is why chop up formally good ginger? Customer services agreed to feed back to the Team my comments that it was not apparent that this ginger would arrive chopped and not whole. No sell or use by date! Contained 4 small pieces which were all moody. Had to throw away! Package is opaque so unable to check contents without opening. Not good Tesco!
Pieces too tiny, almost unuseable, dried up and very little fresh juicy root.
Pointless and fiddly.
Small bits that are tricky to use. Why is the option for loose ginger no longer available? These packets of little off-cuts are completely pointless. A bag of knotty scratty bits with stale cut ends that look unappealing.
