For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0ºC to +5ºC. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods, ideally at the bottom of your fridge. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Keep flat during storage. Once opened keep refrigerated in an air tight container and consume within 24 hours. Product cannot be cooked from frozen. Defrost in a refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook

Instructions: All cooking appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results, refer to manufacturer's handbook and adjust times accordingly. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.Preheat oven to 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4. Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Pour sauce over joint in foil tray and place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50-60 minutes. (For fan assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced).This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. When handling raw meat, ensure all surfaces, utensils and your hands are cleaned before and after use to avoid contamination of other foods. Check food is cooked thoroughly before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
