Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Time: 2hrs 15minsOven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 2hrs 15mins Remove all the packaging and place the shanks into a casserole dish along with your choice of stock. Cover and place dish in centre of pre-heated oven for 2 hours 15 minutes until tender and falling off the bone.
