Gentle handling and pressing of the grapes resulted in juice with a beautiful pale shade of pink with copper hues and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks has created a refreshing and vibrant wine.Savour the vivid flavours of fresh strawberries and pink grapefruit with subtle hints of baking spice in this crisp and refreshing Hawkes Bay rosé. Best served chilled with smoked salmon, seafood, or pizza.
