Our fusilli is produced in Tuscany, one of the traditional pasta producing regions of Italy. Our family producers recommend adding your pasta to a large saucepan of boiling water giving it lots of room to stop it sticking.

Hob Instructions: Allow approximately 75g per person. Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, stir and return to the boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, drain well and serve immediately. Time: 10-12 mins
