Preparation Guidelines
- To rehydrate, soak in boiling water for up to 30 minutes and drain before use. Once rehydrated, lightly fry the mushrooms in a little olive oil or butter, before adding to your recipe. Ideal for use in pasta dishes, risottos, stir-fries, cassreroles, quiches and omelettes.
