Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on date of purchase and refer to appliance manufacturers' guidelines for storage periods. Defrost thoroughly before use and cook as chilled. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.

Oven cook

Instructions: As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Refer to specific appliance manufacturers' guidelines. Pre heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging and place pie on a pre heated baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15 minutes ensuring that the pie is piping hot. For fan assisted ovens, reduce cooking time and temperature according to appliance manufacturers' guidelines. Do not re-heat.

Whilst great care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
