Oven

Instructions: 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas 5 1 hr 45 mins Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Leave joint in foil container with ovenable pad. Drain excess juices from the foil and cover loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Remove the foil cover 45 minutes before the end of the cook time to brown the joint. Baste turkey joint occasionally during cooking. After cooking time cover with kitchen foil and allow to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. Before carving remove the joint from the foil tray and ensure the ovenable pad is removed.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
