Perfect in a veg traybake
I buy normal onions but always have some of these available as well. Love them. They peel much better than the round shallots and roast great in a tray of vegetables; I leave them whole. Hope you never discontinue this item as I top up every 1-2 weeks.
Buy them every week
Easier to prep than normal round onions Cooking time is very quick I especially like them roasted as part of a roast meal (meat and / or veg) Tastes great Lasts for more than a week (stored in cool dry place)

The pack I received last week were rotten & had no date. However, customer service were brilliant & issued an immediate refund. I’ll try again this week.
Packed with flavour
Superb, a wonderful addition to any savoury dish,sauté in a little butter and olive oil until just beginning to brown together with some potatoes, chorizo, peppers, etc before adding stock and braising for 20 to 30 minutes in a covered pan at 190 degrees in the oven.
