Try Rice Bran Oil
I use it as a butter substitute when baking apple & blueberry Cakes, as it keeps it light, fluffy and moist and is virtually tasteless cooked this way. We also use for frying and roasting. Would definitely recommend as personally I prefer this oil to all the others.

I wrote a review about this rice bran oil a few years black! Is someone deleting my reviews? Best oil on market ever! It cannot be surpassed by any other known oil to date. The healthiest and best tasting and also far better for the earth. A natural oil rather than the synthetic oils like rapeseed and sunflower. Italy doesn’t like it because it’s better than olive oil. Best thing though is chips are perfect every time if you use the best potatoes as well. Chips are better than you have ever tasted….

Lovely multi-use oil, which, according to Dr Michael Moseley (TV Dr), is even better for us than olive oil!
Healthy cooking option...
With approx. 21:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, low level of poly-saturated fat and being a good source of vitamin E & antioxidants rice bran oil is considered as healthy cooking oil. Also worth to mention a high smoke point (250˚C) which makes it perfect for stir frying or deep frying.
Great healthier alternative oil and has a nice smell and didn't go rancid quickly.
