Best oven chips ever......do them in an air fryer enough for 2 takes 20 mins same time a battered cod takes,a 30p tin of mushy peas and voila!! instant magic smother with tomato ketchup/vinegar and salt and a tasty fairly healthy meal, only downside is expensive and i have to throw lots of weight filler-up bits away, youd think a company like mccain would do better
Hardly a chip without a black bit. Really poor quality. Tesco chips far better quality
Best chips on the market only one fault not all chips are chunky a lot of little bits but a good buy
OK for a frozen chip
For a frozen chip I feel they are ok, thick so you at least feel you have potatoes!
To Dry .
Far to Dry i'll stick to my normal straight or crinkle cut chips
dry and bland
really dry and took ages to cook. Better off having the McCain gastro chips if you want a chunky chip.
A very nice chip.
Well done Mccain, a very nice chip. I followed the instructions to the letter, result a chip that was soft inside and crispy outside. A very much improved flavour. A sprinkle of salt was all that was needed, Lovely.
awful quality control. Rotten and green
awful quality control. They have just dumped a load of rotten potatoes that are full of green and black bits. I wouldnt tuch mccain ever again..even tesco own brand is far better
Not chunky as advertised
The last two packs have been one quarter of small scraps. Yet again customers are being cheated by producers - not Tesco's fault. Shall not be buying again.
Great with any meal
Great with everything
