Instructions: Pan Fry in a little oil in a pre-heated pan over a medium / high heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for freezing. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
