Vinification Details

The grapes for this special vintage are carefully selected from our choice vineyards in the mountain villages south and west of Barcelona. Here the high altitude and cool climate provide the perfect growing conditions to achieve a balance of fresh fruity aromas and crisp, elegant acidity. The wine undergoes long and careful bottle maturation to evolve and integrate the flavour elements into a more complex, elegant sparkling wine.
