The origins of this wine are the wine regions along the River Rhine where the warm and sunny climate provides ample sunshine to ripen the grapes.

Vinification Details

The grapes for this wine are picked slightly early so that they have a lower sugar level in the grapes, which in turn means a lower alcohol in the final wine. The wine is fermented at low temperatures to ensure the delicate fruit is not harmed.

History
