A loaf of goodness
I buy and use this flour because it’s gluten free,of good quality and the loaves made with it in my bread maker are super🙂
Used to make pizza base.
used this flour to make a pizza base for Hubbo. 200g flour. 150 water. It didn't really rise like normal four with yeast, however Hubbo quite liked it. Said he would have again. The doves GF white bread flour doesn't rise even when cooking so you can create quite a thin crust. I didn't use all the dough I made. would prob make two thin baes.
Fabulous bread with this flour
Fantastic bread using this flour and their recipe. I mix the yeast with some warm water and sugar to let it froth up before mixing though. And dried egg white plus 40 ml extra water. Put in a nice warm place to rise. Works well in the bread maker too.
Followed the bread recipe on the back to the lette
Followed the bread recipe on the back to the letter, It was very bad. Wont buy it again.

Lovely flour I use it to make bread, pancakes and it great for making Chapati
Excellent flour
Excellent flour. Makes very fluffy, light cakes, bread and pancakes. You don't need to add any thickener like guar gum but make sure you beat it for a little longer than wheat flour to give it time to thicken. You do need to add a raising agent a necessary. I'm not keen on the self-raising as it has an unpleasant flavour. I'm so used to this now, I actually prefer it to wheat flour
