Packaged in a protective atmosphere

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 35-40 mins. For best results oven cook. Place fillet on a baking tray and brush with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Remove fillet from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 10-12 mins. Slice fillet into 2cm thick medallions. Lightly oil and season the medallions with salt and pepper. Heat a dry frying pan until hot and cook fillet on a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Allow to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
