Freeze on day of purchase. If frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Microwave

Instructions: Remove outer packaging. Remove from casing and place in a microwaveable dish. Cover and place in microwave oven. Heat on high (100%). For 800 watt or category E ovens, heat for 3 minutes, lightly break up haggis with a fork, cover and heat for a further 3 minutes. For low wattage microwave ovens, heating time must be increased. Adjust time according to your particular microwave oven. Check that product is piping hot before serving. 2 or more packs will require longer heating time. Microwave ovens vary.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: The following recommendation is a guide only.Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do Not Reheat.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove outer packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.Remove haggis from casing and place in a casserole dish, cover and heat for 1 hour. Fluff up lightly with a fork before serving.

Steam

Instructions: Remove outer packaging, do not remove inner casing. Place in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 1 hour. Fluff up lightly with a fork before serving.
