Perfect. So many use options!
Perfect thin as a topping or cut thick for stuffing the crust. Also great used for Corn Dogs and many other recipes that require melted mozzarella. If you're looking for 'Flavour', perhaps pair with another cheese as mozzarella is generally very mild. Also note this mozzarella is firmer - emphasis on the ER - thus not suitable for grating.
OK, pretty bland
It's OK, I slightly prefer it to the regular mozzarella which just dissolves on a pizza. I know it's meant to be firmer but this goes a bit too far the other way, I struggle to melt it in my regular oven and if you leave it too long it tends to burn rather than melt. Might melt better in a higher-temperature, proper pizza oven? And it doesn't taste of much, but half a tinned anchovy on each half-slice of cheese works well.
