Over Cooked / Burnt
Have been buying and enjoying these for many years. But...for the last few months, every pack(from different batch numbers) have been "well" over cooked / burnt. They taste burnt and are currently awful. I think Mcvities must have employed a descendant of King Alfred to overlook the baking! Will be buying Tesco's own version from now on which in my opinion are far superior.

These aren't a patch on the hobnobs I used to buy years ago. These are more like digestive biscuits, which I have always disliked. I must remember not to buy again.

Tasty little tea time treat!
McVitie's masterpiece!
This legendary biscuit has truly stood the test of time. 40% rolled oats gives it that wonderful, oaty taste which will linger long. Accept no imitations. Perfect at any time of day or night with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The best biscuit there has ever been for dunking.

Palm oil?
The palm oil doesn't appear to be sustainable.
