Expensive and worth the money. Much better than other cheap dried parsley jars. Strongly recommended. For certain.
Good sized flakes for garnish or cooking
Lovely fresh colour and subtle flavour. Great for scrambled eggs. Comes in a handy glass jar with an easy to pop up lid. Very handy for someone with arthritis. When empty it was easy to peel off the label and "upcycle" the whole jar to another use in the kitchen.
Great store cupboard essential
I bought the Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley because I wanted to make garlic bread to go with lasagna and I must say it's much nicer than previous dried parsley that I've used, there's even a fresh herb aroma when you flip the lid and smell. I mixed the parsley with some softened butter and spread it on slices of french stick before putting it in the oven and it was a million times nicer than shop bought garlic bread. I also used it when I slow cooked beef and added it to the stock for extra flavour. The glass jar states it's picked and dried in 24 hours and there's a 2 year best before date but I doubt it will be in the cupboard for that long anyway. Thoroughly recommend.
A cupboard staple
This was great! I made a cod dish and a little of this sprinkled on top was the added touch to create some depth in the meal. Definitely a staple for any cupboard.
Great sprinkle over mash potatoes.
Just sprinkled it over my mash potatoes and that tasted good. I prefer this one in the glass bottle than the plastic versions.
