Use the handy tips along the way...White SauceYou need just 15g McDougalls Plain Flour, 15g butter and 300ml milk.In a small saucepan melt the butter on a low heat.Add flour and beat until smooth with a wooden spoon.The flour's already been sifted for you!Add milk gradually and beat gently, but thoroughly after each addition.Gently bring to the boil and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring all the time.Add seasoning to your taste!
