Store in a cool dry place.

Instructions: Fill the peas into the provided pea net, tie the end securely and place into a saucepan with 1.5 litres of cold water. Bring gently to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Avoid rapid boiling as this will mash the peas.

Instructions: Steeping: Remove the pea net and set aside for cooking. Empty the sachet of peas into a large heatproof bowl, add the unwrapped steeping tablet and 1 litre of boiling water. Cover and leave the peas to steep for 12 hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly in cold water.

Do not eat raw.
