Regional Information

This wine is produced at Cantina Viticoltori in Trentino, located in the picturesque Dolomite Alps in the Noth-East of Italy. This region has long and warm summer days and cool nights which are ideal conditions for the production of light, aromatic dry white wines.

Vinification Details

The winemaking method for white wine is obtained by soft pressing in order to prevent the natural copper colour being extracted from the skin. Fermentation is carried out with the use of selected yeasts and at controlled temperature (20°C). It is subsequently finished in stainless steel tanks followed by stabilisation and sterile cold bottling.
