Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas mark 8, 15-20 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.- Turn over halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.

Air Fry

Instructions: Alternatively170°C, 8-10 mins- Pre-heat to 170°C for 3 1/2 minutes.- Place product in basket (max. 4 fish cakes) and place in the air fryer.- Turn over halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
