Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Eat within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not re-freeze once thawed.Note: This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect product quality. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging before cooking.Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not re-heat.All appliances vary these are guidelines only.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Deep Fry
Instructions: Pre-heat oil to 180°C and lower pasties gently into the oil. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/200°C Fan Assisted/ Gas Mark 7. Place on a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for approximately 20 - 22 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn pastie once midway through.
