Expensive and very small
Why so expensive ? Very small too. I bought A Galia melon yesterday in Lidl - only 75p and nearly twice the size, and it is delicious.
inedible - squashy. Should never have been on sale.
Perfect - wish melons were always like this
I have never tasted a melon I enjoyed so much as the one delivered last week. It was sweet right up to the skin. Re-ordered and hopeful that this week's will be as good - it looks promising and a good size too.
Good size & delicious
This was in my home delivery, so I couldn't choose it myself. After a couple of days in the conservatory it was fully ripe & delicious & a good size.
Small, sweet and delicious
Perfect size for two to avoid waste. Absolute bargain with clubcard discount.
Variable. Last lot horrible.
Usually Ok to good. but latest batch hard and tasteless. That may be why they are on special offer. YUK!

The melon delivered was bruised all over the outside.
very good melon
very good melon
I have regularly bought a Galia melon as part of my order and they used to be lovely and sweet. However over the last few weeks the melons have been much smaller and of poor quality. Although ripe, they are quite tasteless and barely sweet. Please Tesco, improve the quality of your fresh fruit and vegetable produce, as this isn’t the first item I have removed from my online shopping list. Quality is more important than price for me.
