Good product, great price.
When used correctly in recipes such as braised red cabbage, which means long, slow, cooking, this product does the job really well. It is made in Italy and has the right flavours for balsamic vinegar. Some reviewers seem to be confused. It is a vinegar, not a glaze!
Not balsamic vinegar!!!
This is not balsamic vinegar. This is vinegar!!!

Yuck
Listen to the other reviews not worth it. This definitely isn’t balsamic. It’s brown watery sour with an artificial sweet taste. Getting fed up with supermarkets using cheap rubbish. Don’t mind paying more if it’s going to be good. Really didn’t expect much for the price but my usual one wasn’t there. Wonder if they have stopped supplying it
Don't bother
Very poor quality Very thin, bitter and astringent. Little flavour Balsamic is meant to be a sweetish, flavoursome syrup. This isn't
Nasty and Horrible
I should of listened to previous reviews of this product but alas I did not. It is like water and very very sour. In fact it is just like vinegar. I wanted to make caramelised onions and had to add a lot of sugar to the pan in order to achieve anything edible but even then the taste was not nice. Dreadful product, cheap and horrible.
Sticky stains
The bottle leaves stains everywhere you put it. These days liquid products can have non-dribble containers, this is sticky and brown and really needs proper packaging.
Product ok, packaging rubbish. screw cap does not
Product ok, packaging rubbish. screw cap does not break off, you have to take a knife or saw to it.
middle of the modena road!
as an everyday balsamic to add to cooking its fine-a little sharp when used as a dressing but mellows out when added to dishes-e.g mushrooms, red onions, peppers, casseroles always in my cupboard
