For generations, we have been milling the finest quality oats at our mill in Tandragee, Co. Armagh. We know our local farmers by name and sometimes their grandfathers too. Together, over time, we've perfected our slow grown, plumper oats. We sort the best ones, twice-steam and then slowly kiln them for a smooth nuttiness that's worth the wait.

Instructions: 1. Add 40g of oats to 225mls of milk or water in a saucepan.2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.3. Remove from heat and serve with honey.
